Mandatory Proof for Return Request

A clear 360° parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must clearly show:

The shipping label.

The unopened package.
-
The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

The damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

No return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted without a valid 360° parcel opening video.
Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
The product must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Be in its original condition.

Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Size issues after purchase.

Color variation due to screen/display settings.

Sale, discount, clearance, or offer items.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Shipping Charges
